(March 12, 2020, 7:05 pm)I went to this particular Starbucks for the first time last week, and I was treated so well. Firstly, the employees work very quickly. When I arrived, I was indecisive on my order due to the many new options, and Rachel and Julio, both took the time to give me ingredient information, flavor details, and did not rush me at all. Julio took the time to acknowledge my name, Rachel made my drink and she waited to make sure that my drink tasted the way I wanted It to.
Truly excellent customer service. I will definitely be visiting this Starbucks more often. -

(April 11, 2019, 3:49 pm)What is not to like about Starbucks anyway? This particular location is a cut above for excellence in customer service. The team there today was really helpful towards a young female who couldn't make up her mind about what to order. They showed great patients in accommodating her. My drink was great. Thanks.
