I love this Starbucks they people that work here are super nice and the make the best drinks ever!

This is my favorite Starbucks in Germantown. I have never experienced a wait or an incorrect order. Everyone that works there is very polite and helpful if you have any questions.

I usually order from the ap, walk in, and take off with my drink. It's always on the counter waiting for my arrival.

Covid update: They initially had a window type set up for orders but they have now opened up the store for customers. The door on the Giants side is the exit and the other door around the corner is the enterance. There are markings on the floor for where to stand in line. The pickup location is still on the far end of the store. They just pass you your drink under the plexiglass.
It's nice that they don't just put them out on the counter for everyone to look through and touch.
You do need to wear a mask to enter and all of the staff is also wearing masks.

Mathew is an awesome work. Has an amazing attitude and great spirit. Also, so he is a hard worker. As I can see, as he works alone on this busy evening. Either the boss needs to hire more people / be here themselves to see how hard it is or giving him a raise. Cause he is doing the job of 2 or 3 people so should be paid as such.

Nice place for a quick coffee. Always busy and hard get quiet place to get any real work done. Love the tomato Mozzy sandwich @ Starbucks. Also the love the oat meal breakfast

Calm nice music.
Very good to hangout with friends or meet any one at an appointment.
Not crowded at all.
Friendly staff.
