The Crossvines

Beautiful place and venue. Celebrated my significant others birthday here. 🎉 Had an amazing time with friends. Food was great and delicious. Drinks were great. Server was awesome and kind.

The Crossvines is set in a beautiful location, a Maryland countryside like scenery. The restaurant is very modern and cozy and because of all the great reviews my husband and I were eager to try its food. We drove almost 30 minutes to get there in a Saturday evening. The menu has some interesting, but few choices as main dishes and we decided to try the Baked Cod Fish. Soon after we ordered the waiter came back saying he was very sorry but they had no more fish. That was very disappointing, but we chose the Barn Door Short Rib then. Once again, very embarrassed the waiter came back saying they ran out of it. We had only two more option and one of them I’m allergic to. We asked if the chef could come up with something else. We did get a steak dish with asparagus and spinach. We also ordered the Harvest Salad, that was delicious, and the Smoked Potatoes (ok).
We weren’t charged for the salad, as an apology. Even though service was very friendly and the chef came up with another dish, it was a frustrating experience, specially because the location is far.

The Crossvines is an amazing winery and event venue with unique wines to try, tons of space to relax with friends and family, and yard games! I had a great time visiting with friends this past weekend enjoying wonderful wine, unique locally sourced food, the beautiful facility, and great people. It was very relaxing sipping the vineyards wine products while basking in the warmth of the outdoor fireplace overlooking the countryside. I highly enjoyed speaking with Chef Lois, who shared a great deal of information of the winery, wines, and cuisine. All of the staff was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this upscale amazing vineyard were the wines and food are exceptional!

A very beautiful venue, I went to celebrate a birthday. Catie, our server was phenomenal. Great customer service! She shared genuine conversation with us, made great recommendations and made our visit there amazing. She is a great photographer as well! Highly recommend the crab cake and the little gem salad WITH chicken.

The Crossvines’ Farmhouse Bistro is a GEM!! The food, wine, drinks and service were all fantastic! Shout outs to: our server Chris who was so attentive; to Katie who was SO knowledgeable about the wine; to the Chef Luis - everything was DELICIOUS; to Nadine the GM who stopped by our table just to say hello; and to Dema who brought the most delicious desserts out to us! We will be back again and again!
