    They didnt have any chicken ready and said it would be 15 mins but it turned into 30 mins.The chicken was great when I got home.So because it was Super bowl Sunday I didnt mind the wait.

    Good thing is that the food was good and hot. The new waffles are tasty for a fast food standard.
    But, in service is slow. Polite, but slow.
    The dining area is not clean up to my standards.

    I came here at the last minute. The speaker sounded so clear. Like the person was standing right there. The young lady didn't have to yell !! Way To Go KFC!! That's a first !???? The young lady was very nice. Very polite. It was kinda weird when I asked a question she didn't know, the manager came on the speaker. Got to the window, they young lady had a big smile as she greeted me. I complimented her and the fact I could understand everything she said. They asked me to pull to the side to wait, as soon as I did, my food was ready. That's what I call Service With A Smile !! ????
