(February 8, 2019, 9:49 pm)When you first step in in this place, it just smells so good with all the ice cream and sugar hitting your nose so hard - it's like heaven Their ice cream are great, even their smoothies. The only problem I have is that sometimes when I come in the floor are kind of sticky and littered, and the tables are dirty with other people's trash that they didn't clean up. Overall though, it's a great ice cream parlor.

(August 26, 2018, 2:10 am)Hi, My family and I visited your store on Ellsworth Place today, Aug 25, 2018 around 9pm. The store was packed and had a huge line. My server was Julia and she was excellent. I needed vanilla ice cream that was safe for my son with a peanut allergy. I was prepared for her to say that it was not safe and I would have TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD. Julia had a relatively fresh block of vanilla on the counter but explained it was really frozen so I would have to wait a few minutes. Her customer service was phenomenal. When it was defrosted enough, she peeled back the top layer and then took fresh vanilla from below to make sure it was truly safe. What a wonderful young lady! And what a credit to your store! To top it all off, she apologized to me for the wait. Seriously? Thank you Julia for making my son's night!
