Quarry House Tavern

I loved Quarry House before quarantine, but it has been a real bright spot during this crisis as well. I typically order for pick up since I live in the neighborhood and my order is always ready when projected, the system used for ordering is simple and straightforward, the food is stellar every time and the variety of alcoholic beverages available to-go is fantastic. Every person I've encountered both serving in the restaurant before COVID-19 and when picking up during has been kind, friendly and upbeat. I am so grateful to have such a warm establishment just around the corner from my home.

My favorite bar in Silver Spring. They have an amazing selection of whiskey and the prices are more than reasonable. Adam (favorite bartender) is very knowledgeable about all the drinks, if you wanna try new stuff he's the guy to ask. Burgers and wings are a must to try as well.

This is our favorite Monday night spot. Half-price burgers! It’s a dark, basement dive bar with lots of personality. Service is quick and the food is always hot. Their beer menu changes often. We love it!

Nice local bar in downtown Silver Spring. It's in a basement. You find locals and regulars at the bar and at the tables. The Quarry House Tavern serves typical bar food. It's a cozy atmosphere with a jukebox. The noise level varies, and it can be, sometimes, difficult to carry a conversation. Service is prompt and friendly — an excellent place to meet friends and locals.

Amazing. It’s always a thrill to venture in one of Montgomery county’s oldest bars. No TVs and hidden in a basement off Georgia ave, this place brings a complex beer selection and whiskey also. Their burgers and tots are to kill for, plus they have happy hour every day. It’s a one kind of experience and definitely recommend it
