Nick's Diner

I had Breakfast here on my last day in DC and it was excellent. Definitely 5 stars. Very quick and attentive service and the food was top notch.

One of the best breakfasts you can find in the DC area. Tiny place and tends to be packed but they get you in pretty quick and the food is always great. You're not going to get anything fancy here but if you just want a great omelette or hash for a fantastic price this is the place to go. Their menu covers the diner breakfast staples and they do them all well, definitely worth the trip if you're in the area.

Rolled into Nicks from out of town.. Haven't been here in 40 years. Still the same great old greasy spoon. Can't beat the breakfast here. Super service ample portions. What a throwback never change Nick!!!

The food was incredibly delicious. My sometimes picky daughter (8 years) ate her French toast, and about a quarter of my Western omelette... It was that good. The only thing she wasn't happy about was we didn't get crayons like she is used to at other places but we got over that quick with the food quality. We were happy to have gone and will come by again for a repeat visit

If you looking for a quick breakfast or a fast bite to eat, Nick's is a traditional Greek diner - very old school but very good food. I have a soft spot in my heart for a luncheonette type Diner with counter service and stools that spin.
Nick's is a venue where you can count on free parking, hot coffee, eggs cooked to order, and the pancakes were exceptional. (I do like pancakes).
This is a great alternative to fast food breakfasts, with attentive wait staff who will keep refilling your coffee cup.
