    The Starbucks I visit all are five stars rated. Just seems the areas in which I do my errands and appointments are in the best of Starbucks' stores' locations. These include Wheaton (closest to my home), Burnt Mills shopping center near Lockwood Drive in Silver Spring, Montrose Shopping Center in Rockville, MD and Fallsgrove Village Center in Rockville near Shady Grove Road.

    The staff had their mask up on their nose. Took a great deal of care handing me my extra sugars. Looks like they run a thought ship !

    I am only giving 4 stars due to the fact the service at this location is terrible. My wife and I go to Starbucks every weekend morning to have or us time from the kids. Our normal location was closed so we ended up coming here.

    But I don't recommend this location because the service was terrible, the staff was more concerned over gossip and wasn't paying attention to the crowding starting to form inside the store.

    I hope that everyone on the staff this morning is able to be recognized, I came in with 10 minutes to spare before work at 8AM and was able to get in and out of Starbucks in less than 5 minutes with a perfect order and clocked in on time. Not to mention the service came with a smile from everyone. Thanks!
