“I’m a native Texan and when I moved to VA I had a Dunkin Donuts right under my apartment complex so I fell in love with the franchise. So going to this DD I had high expectations and they didn’t meet many of them. Pros: The service was fast and I had no problems using my DD app. Cons: The temperature of this place is so cold it makes you think they keep it that way so people don’t stay for long. I have no clue if they have WiFi cause the place was so cold I didn’t stay to check or ask. The food and coffee were decent.”

“The flavor of their Mambo sauce is nasty and doesnt taste like mambo sauce...I didn't grow up here and I've been trying them around the dmv and theirs tastes nothing like mambo sauce at all...also the wings are good tasting but they are always on the dry side....the steak n cheese rolls barely have any cheese and the meat isn't very juicy either but I'll probably go back they fry their fries nice and crispy and I don't like to make my own lunches for work....please work on the mambo sauce though it's too pineapple and acidic it should be sweet or sweet and slightly spicy.”
