Pizza is very good-- we order mosty vegetarian topping pizza, but all toppings make for a tasty pizza. Nice crust and balanced sauce--not too sweet. The restaurant is very clean and casual, relaxed decor. Friendly staff.

Had lunch special #2 Chicken and Vegetables with spaghetti pasta.

Best pizza we have found in Kent Island area. Festival salad is delicious and has tons of protein. Garlic knots are little bits of heaven that fell into a delicious garlic butter pool, highly recommend.

Real deal pizza. I am a critical pizza fanatic. Wife is Italian. She loves it too. The lunch special is a great deal slice n a salad drink 650. Don't crowd the place. Oh and subs n the rest of the food is good also

Found Carmine's while stuck in traffic trying to get back over the bridge heading home from the beach. This is a great family Italian eatery! Perfect stop for a hungry family en route to or on the way back from the Eastern Shore.
They had a bunch of different types of pizza slices available for a fast bite. I had a veggie, my wife had a meat slice- both delicious. We also ordered a large house salad and a fettuccini with vodka sauce. Both were delicious.
Will definitely be back because I have to try their Sicilian pizza. Another family ordered it and it looked amazing.

Update August 17, 2018: The Sicilian pizza did not disappoint! And get the meatballs as an appetizer while you wait- they are so delicious, served with tons of their amazing sauce. I highly recommend the meatballs!
