That Pizza Joint

I feel like it got off to a rough start. After reading a few of the other reviews, I decided to try for myself. The pizza actually exceeded my expectations, and I disagree with it being “gas station quality”. Perhaps the management had trouble with the first couple of pizzas, because mine was pretty good. Warm, with a thinner (but not too thin) crust, a good cheese-to-sauce ratio and a good price. The downside, however, was a somewhat unprofessional staff. The one working the register had a pizza joint t-shirt and looked as if he belonged there, but one worker had his hood on. I ordered two slices, and they were wrapped in foil and thrown in a bag, which was kinda weird. Overall I really did enjoy it, and I will definitely come back. I’ll probably order a box for my friends so they can try it too. But if you are reading this wondering if you should try it, I definitely recommend it.

Pizza was good for the price, no complaints and not the best pizza I’ve ever had but better than slice house in Leonardtown because 13$ for a slice of pizza there versus 11$ for a 12” cheese and tastes around the same with a decent sauce and decent cheese ratio. Will be back to try different items! Although I did have one time where I came to the door at like 7:30-8pm and the doors were locked and they said they were closed but online it said they were open until 9.

I highly recommend ordering extra sauce on your pizza. This is the only pizza in the area that doesn't leave me feeling like I ate way too much salt. This is my favorite pizza in Southern Maryland.

The pizza was bomb!! You are able to watch the workers cook your pizza. Terrell was so nice. There is a little bit of a wait time but if the owners added a couple chairs and tables to sit at I wouldn’t mind it. I think this is a cute place with a lot of potential.
