KFC

This is a KFC & TACO BELL in one. It's the only one in the area. The food is good but one employee in particular made them lose a star. She was very rude and pushy. Didn't give you a chance to order all of your food before she started yelling with an attitude "does that complete your order". I actual asked to speak to a manager when I got the window to collect my order.

However, by the time I got up to the window it was a completely different person. I told them I didn't appreciate the way in which the other person who was taking my order spoke to me. The young black man was very courteous and apologised on behalf of the Company. He said she went on break. Then I saw the young lady sitting on the sidewalk smoking a cigarette. She looked visibly upset with someone she was talking to on the phone. I was tempted to stop and say a few encouraging words to lift her spirits but the look on her face said she didn't want to be bothered so I left. She has to learn to keep her personal life separate from her work. You can't take your anger and frustration out on your customers because its bad for business.

I got the 2 peice white chicken it was great.

It is the first KFC that I linked, all the other have a fatty food not good prepared. A very bad advertising for KFC, it's impossible to find the chicken like it was many years ago.
