Fiesta Pollo

I visited Fiesta Pollo last evening and it was the best food decision I've made in awhile! I've driven passed this place plenty of time and finally decided to try it. The food and service is awesome!!! This place is a must try. Keep them in business. I took home the half Mexican chicken with meshed potatoes and Mexican rice. I also tried the floutas and a salad. I'm very picky about my food. Especially chicken.The food was so flavorful! Every bite! I loved the welcoming feeling from the employees and even spoke directly with the Owner. Very personable feeling. I hope they continue this way. I can't wait to see the menu extension in 2 weeks. I'll definitely return!!

Great service! Fast and friendly! I've eaten here 3 times since they opened and it has gotten progressively better. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Being a little generous. I feel like 3.5 stars is about right, but that isn't an option. I believe this location is relatively new, so I hope they will improve. The chicken was tasty, but I wish there would have been some more heat. The rice was unremarkable, and so were the veggies. Overhaul the sides and dial up the heat of the chicken, and I think this place would be in pretty good shape. Will definitely try again some time down the road.

The owner came out and made sure we were enjoying everything. Very good, helpful and polite staff. This is a little diamond in the rough. I think this place has the potential to stick around. Take a chance a try this place out, you will like it!

Very tasty chicken. Much better than the greasy fried stuff everywhere else. Chicken is roasted, not spicy at all. But if you like spice you're in luck, they have 5 different flavors with varying degrees of heat. The sauces have very good flavor too.

Sides are good, had pintos and guac. Yum!

Very friendly staff and clean inside. Also has drive-through. My new favorite restaurant in town.
