    The best, most authentic Latin American food around! Great atmosphere, and people. They make the best margaritas and pisco sour drinks I've ever had in my life...and I like to think I'm a margarita connoisseur (just have much experience;). The variety of delicious foods is a plus, and the homemade touches (tortillas/sauces) make the difference. Love the tacos, ceviche mixto (SO fresh:only avail Fri,Sat,Sun!), fajitas, pescado, and so much more... try the green sauce, it's delicioso!

    Great place!!! We try to dine there at least once a week, we are totally addicted! Food and staff are awesome! They are always consistent which is a rare find around here. Best restaurant in Easton!!

    The service was ok. The food was good. Just a bit on the pricey side for Mexican food.

    I love this place! Management is great, and the food is stellar. El Dorado is my favorite place to dine in Easton.

    The Margaritas are top notch and the food was excellent. I do wish they would upgrade the decor and seating however.
