Chesapeake Landing

Wonderful service for our large group of eleven! The ambience is good as well. Much of the food was good, too, but some was not. Many items were deep-fried - shrimp, oysters, onion rings and French fries. Most of those were good, not greasy, but also not of any remarkable size - adequate but on the small side when thinking about the seafood. Reuben sandwiches fell apart as the restaurant uses bread that is sliced too thin. As for the fries? This place needs to make their own! I haven't seen these crinkle cuts since high school!

This was a great find along the trail. Seafood market slash restaurant. Was able to get a bite to eat in the bar side. There is also a family dining/sit down side. Then when your leaving take some fresh seafood home for a good home cooked meal.

It was great even if it was very busy on a Friday night. Friday nights during oyster season, they have an oyster all you can eat buffet. If you like oysters, that's the place to go on Friday night! Make sure you have a reservation!

Great place for seafood. Had prime rib there and it was much too fatty. Their corn bread is truly outstanding. And their pinapple pudding is a side to die for. Shrimp, shellfish, and fish is always very good.

Had their broiled mussels on New Years Eve. Oh my!

I have been here for dinner when in the area for over four years and every time I say it's the best meal I have had. Excellent local seafood with fantastic, home style sides. Casual, warm atmosphere with great service. If your into red meat there is no better prime rib. A great place with great prices.
