Love this place. It combines the friendliness of Easton with the quality and variety of a first-class European bistro, with a shockingly strong wine selection (if a bit heavy on Burgundy). The Enomatic machines are a great way to taste excellent wines without having to pay for a bottle. Elizabeth Parker, the wine manager, was as friendly and generous as she was knowledgeable about wine. The food is all excellent, starting with the ingredients, and the staff we spoke with all clearly loved what they were making and knew a lot about it.

This combination of a gourmet grocery, a top wine and spirits store and a first-class restaurant and tasting room could compete in Paris, London or Rome. The fact that it is in the exceptionally friendly town of Easton makes it an absolute gem. Fantastic staff, amazing products, and incredible food and drinks. Elizabeth Parker, who runs the tasting room, was remarkably welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The selection of wines was incredible, and they are set up with Enomatic machines so you can purchase even a small taste of wines you might not otherwise have the budget to try, even by the glass. The pastas were absolutely delicious – best I have had outside of Michelin star restaurants in Italy. The Bolognese was excellent, but the basil pesto lobster pasta was particularly memorable. And even the soft pretzels were among the best I have ever tasted – even having just been through Frankfurt a week prior. I cannot wait to go back to the Wardroom and have a charcuterie board, among other things. Could not recommend this exceptional venue highly enough!
