Fast service, good selection of smoked meats. Zucchini squash casserole was delicious!

Fall-off-the-bone pork ribs, as good as what you'll find in Memphis. No lie. Everything else is awesome too, including the sides (collared greens!) Super nice folks with a true passion for BBQ. Puts the chain places to shame.

AAAAAmazzzing BBQ!!!! Its the best that we have had on the east coast. The burnt ends are so delicious, as is everything we tried. Jay and his wife are good people. We (even the kids) enjoyed every single bite! Everyone HAS to stop here if in the area. DO NOT miss out. Better food than any sit in establishment.

We saw the five star reviews, so off we went to experience Jay's work. Ok, so when we pulled in it was this little road side trailer! Jay was sitting inside, which gave me hope that this might be a Holy Grail BBQ event and, yes, it was!

I think of Anthony Bourdain's love of street vendors when he was out on the road before he left us. The wonder of finding culinary jewels in the rough. I think he would have loved this little spot. We certainly do.

Supporting small businesses, wherever I go, is always important to me. When this passion rewards me with something wonderful, like Jay creates for his loyal followers, the world feels at peace. Goodness knows in our turbulent times, we need people like Jay. His art equates hope, that life is good and all is well. Ahhh, comfort food.

The meats are a delight, Jay's heart is in every delicious morsel. Stop in, you will be blessed.

Fabulous, delicious BBQ. The burnt ends are the bestest!! The sides.... zucchini squash casserole and Mac and cheese with brisket are yummy, as is the cornbread. Wish I could have tried all the sides. Jay, I hope you can make this your full time business ????
