Schmankerl Stube

This place is a very nice German restaurant. The wait staff is dressed in typical German clothes are at least what I think Germans where. They have a good selection of German beer. The dishes even have German names but don't worry the descriptions are in English. It's a little on the pricey side especially for Hagerstown but it's nice once and a while.

Excellent authentic dishes and beverages, reasonably priced, with great service. I would definitely recommend this place for a night out. Reservations are definitely recommended, as it is very popular.

Authentic Bavarian cuisine was very good. Excellent service. Expect to spend some time because the food takes time to be prepared. A good selection of desserts. A
little bit pricey but in my opinion worth it.

We wanted to take Mom out for her birthday and do something different. Mom was sceptical but willing. The food was excellent. Service was on point. I do advise getting a reservation and look at the menu online because one dish requires a 24hour notice. We must go back soon.

Really great German food! The wait staff was extremely friendly and fun. Portions were good and definitely high quality. It's a little on the expensive side but if you're willing to pay for some of the best German food around then it's worth it. Reservations are recommended as the restaurant seems to fill up very fast, especially on weekends.
