Krispy Kreme

Excellent! Best donuts around better than any other place that you will go to. there light and soft and O' so Fresh, not too sweet at all. Definitely number one comfort food. and the best part of it is that you can see them being made fresh from the very start great place to go to take your kids to see how donuts are being made first hand.

Grandsons (5yrs) first experience with Krispy Kreme he loved it said it’s his very favorite pink donut (strawberry). Enjoyed watching as much as eating! Wish we had gotten there to view the glazing, maybe next trip!

So far, 5 stars. I have yet to eat inside though. This is Hagerstown of course, and I think that everybody in town is just happy to finally have another choice!

I actually wanted to give this one a 3 star, but the donuts were too good for me to completely justify that rating. My only problem with this entire visit was the hot light. If the hot light is one there should be hot fresh glazed donuts available for purchase. I went in before work. Hoping for a glazed donut for an employee. The hot light was on, but they had ZERO glazed donuts!! Not even cold!! They had only been open 20 minutes and the store was empty except for me. There were no explanations as to why this had happened. Sadly after I paid I did Soy half a tray of glazed donuts off to the side when the girl had told me there were none. I will give it a pass this time. They've only been open a week. I'm sure they are still working out kinks.

Great to finally have them near.. Wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly. A must for a real Hot Donut fan. There Grand opening was a hit. Everything is a plus. Clean. Open and the kids enjoyed watching the Donuts made.
