    The Rhubarb House is a pretty great place for lunch. I had a chicken mozzarella sandwich with chips which was really good and had apps and deserts.
    The odd thing about this place is that it’s only open 11-2:30pm Monday thru Friday so that lunch only and only during the week. So I you can make it out for lunch in Hagerstown I definitely recommend it, if your looking for dinner or a place to eat on the weekend then I guess your out of luck which is a shame cause the place is really really nice inside.

    Loved the warm inviting cheerful atmosphere. The food was wonderful and the desserts are amazing. It is only open for lunch Monday through Friday, but you should pop in if you can make it over on a weekday.

    Food is really good and a very nice atmosphere. Parking can be a pain but it's Hagerstown.
