    Wonderful customer service and great subs. I have been to multiple Jersey Mike's and this was the first one that told me about the loyalty program. I am happy to hear they have one, because my husband enjoys taking their subs to work.
    The restaurant appeared to be very clean from the areas that I could see. This is a shop that I would return to. Great food and great service are a recipe for success!

    This Jersey Mike’s is always consistent, but when I went in with mine and my gf’s combined five children, I was a little nervous about everything coming out right. All I can say is that the staff here exceeded my expectations. This particular store has some absolutely, top-notch people working there. All the subs came out right and the kids loved them. One of many reasons I always come back to this place.

    Really good. First time eating there, and I'll "definitely" be back!
    Got a "big kahuna steak and cheese", it was so freaking good!

    It was our first time there and the people that work there were friendly. The prices of the food was decent, and the food was outstanding!!! We both got Philly Steak and Cheese, and it was seasoned j
    husband and I have been looking for a good sub shop in Hagerstown for 24 yrs and finally got one. We cannot wait to go back.
