been coming here since I was a little kid, every time this trusty mainstay loses a little bit of what made this place so great for oh so long. Still good food but place has seen better days ...

Food was good. A little over priced for the quality of food, and the table was half dirty and seats were sticky. The waitress didn't seem like she liked her job.

Pulled in with ten riders. Looked like we were their first customers of the morning. We were welcomed and seated at large round tables perfect for a group of our size. The server was a pro. She handled our orders like she's been expecting us and immediately began writing separate tickets for each of us.

The food was plentiful, delicious and reasonably priced. The hotcakes were perfect! Light, fluffy and cooked on an obviously high temp griddle.

Definitely a go-to if you're in Hancock for breakfast.

I was in a large party on our way home from a weekend trip. The hostess took us right in and put us at a table. Our waitress was quick to take our drink order and bring them out. I ordered the ham and turkey dinner platter with stuffing, mashed potatoes, and Cole slaw. The food was all good. We had a few minor mistakes with missing sides but all in all everyone was pleased with the food.

Aside from needing some cosmetic updating...love this place. Excellent service excellent food. Never been disappointed. If you like country home cooking this is the place to go.
