Best experience ordering carry out. Great staff and food is amazing. Definitely will make the long drive back to have the yummy food again.

Staff was sweet and helpful. Chicken had a light smoke flavor and was tender and moist. We loved the Mac but we like Mac on the dry side. Cornbread fluffy and sweet. Green beans, macaroni salad, and sweet potatoes had a strong taste of vinegar.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner catered by Lt Col Big Jim, and all the food was delicious. From the best baked beans we'd ever had and collared greens that even the kids were eating, to the chicken halves and pulled pork that melted in your mouth, we were very impressed. Jim even worked with us to deliver to a really out-of-the-way location, and the price was more than reasonable for the quality of the food. Major thumbs up, and we'd eat with them again in a heartbeat!

Big Jim was recommended to us for catering our wedding. After a brief phone call, we set a time to come up to meet and try the food. Jim greeted us and gave a tray full of any meat and sides we wanted. He gave us some time by ourselves to taste things and chat, before joining us at a table.

I cannot emphasis enough that he is one of the nicest people I have ever met!!!! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our menu, appetizers, and cutlery. We were hoping to get meat that was Halal, and Jim had that organized and even provided us with a certificate. So nice!!!

The day of our event, everything showed up on time and the perfect temperature. Our guests absolutely loved the food!!!!!

The food here is the BEST! I’m a very picky eater, and that’s putting it mildly, but I absolutely love their food. So much so, we put in an order to have for New Year’s Dinner and we’ve NEVER eaten “takeout” food for New Year’s Dinner.
The staff is super friendly. Atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable and CLEAN. This will be our ONLY go to for BBQ!
