The Candied Yam

Delicious. Long wait for food. Great place to get to know someone. Lots of time to talk. Food worth waiting for. Small sides, though. Will definitely go back. Just pace my day.????

A couple of co-workers and I had carry out. Two of Us got the fried chicken w/sides of greens (amazing), mac & cheese (again, amazing), potato salad (homemade and delicious) and sweet potato fries. The fries were a little on the soggy side, but still had good flavor. The other got a taco salad, which was completely super sized and was told it was a 10 out of 10. We plan on going back a few more times. So many other items on the menu that we have to try still. Lemonade was awesome as well.

First time visiting, was impressed with the service. Greeted at the door with a smile and seated immediately. Food served hot and portions were a good helping. Everything was very tasty and i would definitely recommend going!

Excellent restaurant!!! One of the best. The food is of the highest quality. So delicious and well presented. You have to try their candied yams which were heavenly. After all they are named for them. The server was so friendly and helpful. Very attentive to make sure you have a good dining experience. What also struck me was how clean and spotless the restaurant was. You can see the pride they have in the restaurant. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
