The Red Roost

Crabs are my favorite eastern shore food, all you can it at this traditional restaurant is a must during the summer. Josh, our waiter at this particular visit, was great, kind, helpful and showed real care for his customers. I am looking forward to going back soon.

First time I've ever been there and it was more than I imagined! So much better than old mill. You don't feel crowded, staff is very friendly! Prices vary depending on what you order but they are competitive. Definitely worth the drive.

Crabs good size and heavy. Great night out with the husband. We usually being our children and they love it.

Nice atmosphere good for large parties. They have several all you can eat items on the menu Maryland crab ,snow crab plus 2 other items. I had a special entree mahi with lump crab. Fish was good I had the house specialty drink as well. I didn't like the lump crab the sauce it was in was a bit wet and lacked expected flavor. It came with a huge salad enough to feed 3 people and opted for the roasted red potatoes. Potatoes were cooked but no real roasting action actually happened to them. Other than that, all meal seem to be good everyone enjoyed themselves. We bought a birthday Girl as well and the staff we happy to sing for our table. Good times were had.

Very enjoyable each time I've been there. The staff has always been very helpful and I've enjoyed the food. One note though: this was the first time with young children and although they loved the food and had fun, they were finished eating long before the main course arrived for the adults. This forced the adults to eat in shifts while entertaining the children outside.
