    The food is always fresh and delicious and the customer service is always great. But I must say they need to do better with large & catered orders. The office I work in orders from them frequently and I would say 1 order out of 20 has been correct. It seems they usually miss at least 1 item, which means someone gets left out. Most of the time they are catered orders but some are for pick up, and we have had problems with both. It's just a shame because we love their food. They are great at replacing the missing item at a later time but it's a huge inconvience.

    I give this a 4 because they need to keep butternut soup longer such a good soup. Winter is long. Also recently I got a fuji Apple salad and I believe it was make ahead not on the spot. Lettuce was big clumps of butt ends and were brown. So a little not happy about that. Service good and quick. Like the cookies.
