Just returned from our vacation in Ocean City. The Abbey is our "go-to" when in town. We typically will have two or so dinners there with our kids and a cocktail at the bar once or twice if we go out alone. I love this place. Firstly, the food is delicious!! I crave their burgers and sometimes we'll make an hour trek to their Baltimore location just to satiate my cravings! The outdoor space is inviting and relaxing and the indoor dining room is available in case of bad weather. This week we were able to watch fireworks after dinner from our table and another night, we had low-key live music to accompany dinner. The kids love the food too. We went out after the kids went to bed last night to have a cocktail and saw the previous poster (1 star) and their family. There was a patron using foul language; however, in defense of the owners, it was a patron, not an owner, and the poster had kids there after 11 PM in a BAR. I wouldn't take my kids to a bar after 8 PM or so, but that's me. Anyway, I finished off my vacation with a spiked shake and wrapped up a great week at our favorite vacation spot. Enjoy!
