Smoker's BBQ Pit

Great food! Many times...always great. Great ribs, chicken and a variety of smokes meats. We get the fried chicken and onion rings everytime. Chicken is cooked to order but well worth the wait. We usually take chicken to the beach with us...and yes it is still ripping hot 30 minutes later
Comfortable outside screened patio is a nice place to eat.
Seasonal only so make sure you check if it is open ahead of time.

Did not care for 2 sandwiches. Service was really good. Unusual north Carolina taste spice but my choice.

Have come here MANY times and always enjoyed it. However, visit was disappointing for several reasons:
1. Ribs were very dry and tough
2. Drink refills cost extra
3. Bathrooms were dirty and lacked paper towels
4. Bathroom faucets were the type you have to keep pressing while washing

Will try again when in the area...hopefully will be able to adjust the review in a positive direction.

Smoked flavor done well. Delmarva peninsula produces lots of poultry and the regional style of poultry barbecue flatters those flavors. This restaurant does ribs and other meats, but I had chicken. Sauces are available, but I liked this moist but thoroughly cooked presentation with perhaps a touch of salt. Sides were homemade-tasty and the cornbread was some of the best I've had. Not too sweet but suitable for dessert. This restaurant is off the Ocean City tourist strip, but worth a trip.

I was recommended to try this place while on vacation and it did not disappoint. The food here is amazing. Lots to choose from and the prices were surprisingly low. They have several home made BBQ sauces to try. The wait for your food to come out after you order is a decent wait, but that's to be expected with good barbecue. If you like barbecue, this is the place for you.
