The Blue Dog

We saw a clarinet player through the window and went in. Good food good music good fun. Definitely local so be respectful. The blue dog band was also funny and good mix of music.

Stopped at Blue Dog on the way home from a long vacation, didn't know what to expect when pulling off the highway to eat there at all. It was a unique little restaurant with very interesting music/performing arts memorabilia as decoration all along the walls. Our waitress ,Miss Beth I believe, was nothing short of amazing. She made us feel right at home and offered her opinion on what she liked on the menu when we were indecisive. All in all the meal was great, food fantastic, and service was on point. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 was the live music was a tad too loud at points, it was enjoyable but sometimes distracting and hard to even hear my girlfriend a foot across the table.

What fun with the WWII band and good food!

Great food and entertainment. A truly enjoyable evening.

We enjoyed Blue Dog Cafe. The food was great. There was a live WWII band. The music was a nice addition to our dinner experience. The waitress was very pleasant. We will go again when we visit the area.
