Burn Wood Fired Pizza

Good food, served in a reasonable time frame. Got a garden salad, which was fresh, beautiful, and had multiple ingredients. The Greek dressing was tangy and delicious. I also ordered pizza, with just the right amount of cheese and a fresh basil tomato sauce. I wished the crust was slightly thicker. They have a good drink selection, but no frozen drinks, as far as I could tell. There are no desserts, which was a little disappointing.

The decor reminds me of a combination of a tattoo shop, a fancy restaurant, and an old saloon rolled into one. The restaurant is child friendly, but some of the art on the wall appears to have drug culture themes, which made me a little uncomfortable. The air in the restaurant has a pleasant slight wood smoke smell that is not overpowering. There is a small raised stage in the corner of the dining room (in a separate section, there is a bar). I presume they have live music in the dining area from time to time, but there was none the night we visited.

Prices are the going rate for the kind of food offered.

Overall, a pretty good experience.

We stopped in and ordered takeout our way back from Florida, and even though its only 30 minutes from our house it was our first time visiting. We got the garlic cheesy bread and a large pepperoni pizza. I would def recommend this spot for their wood fired pizza. It was very good.

My wife and I stopped in while camping in the area and was extremely happy with the pizza and beer choices. I had a cheese pizza with sausage and my wife had the goat cheese and spinach pizza. Both of us enjoyed our pizzas. For beer I have a coffee stout and really enjoyed it. Highly recommend stopping in and trying this place.
