Delicious food. Authentic and good cook and friendly people. I sat outside, people watching and good conversation and fun. But damn that food is “wicked” DELICIOUS ????
An hole in the wall, authentic Mexican restaurant with great food. Don't pass up an opportunity to go based on location. I personally recommend the steak burrito.
This is going to be a detailed review because there is a lot of information you need to know. To start, although the address is a Main street address, the actual building and the entrance is down a long, narrow driveway, And rather than looking for a parking spot on Main Street, know that there is plenty of parking in the lot at the end of the driveway.
Everything about the restaurant is not like anything you are expecting. It's small with only about 5 booths and 3 stools at the counter. The booth seats have seen much better days. I'll get the food in a moment, which is why everyone comes, but it's served on paper plates and you'll get plastic utensils.
The menu is extensive and although I can't say for sure, the meals seem prepared from scratch. The portions are huge and what we ordered was delicious. I suggest you try the Hibiscus tea for a drink you may have never had but will definitely want again.
They are very busy with takeout orders which is understandable considering the sparsity of seating but the speed of service was reasonable. Bring cash if you want to avoid the credit card surcharge.
This is not the place to go if you're looking impress someone with the ambiance but if you want to show off a great little hole-in-the-wall, local joint with heaping portions of great food, don't hesitate.
The food here is delicious and authentic Mexican. It's close to main street but in the side of the building, it's a bit confusing to get to. The restaurant is very casual. One of my regular spots.
This place has the best authentic Mexican food in all of Massachusetts. We showed up towards the end of the night and we're still served such amazing food. We had spent the entire morning and afternoon in Greater Boston area, and had visited a few Mexican places. This family run place made everything from scratch, and you can taste it. Will definitely visit every time in in the area!
