One of the best meals I had while in Hyannis. The oysters were fresh and flavorful, the fresh specials were outrageous, full flavored and bountiful portions.

A la oyster stew soup $17. Delicious! But not too happy with seared tuna bowl $20. Appeals to the eye with its artsy colors. Everyone has different taste pallet, though. It is organic. Does that mean wild catch? It could be less butter or not at all on rice. Sticky rice would be a perfect. Sauteed wok, ginger. If you choose this dish and like spice, need to ask. Or just stick to the oyster which what they named for. Has great customer service. Fantastic staff!

Call ahead and reserve a swordfish chop if it available for dinner. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Other menu items also tasty, such as the scallop and bone marrow. This place gets busy so prepare for a wait on weekends. Seating at bar and high tops more frequently available.

Had the baked oyster sampler, 6 oysters, three were very good, the BBQ overpowered, the pistachio was very dry, and the blue cheese non existent. The grilled peach salad was delightful and would have been exquisite if the peaches were just a tad riper. The duck puff soup was a fantastic presentation but the duck broth with duck config tasted like watered down Sherry. The Chocolate mousse dessert was good, for all the components it was a pretty flat flavor profile. Companions flounder with fig raviolis was delicious, vegetarian Thai noodles with peanut lime sauce on the sweet side

This is undoubtedly the best restaurant I have visited on Cape Cod in the last year. The oysters on the half shell were spectacular. The best plumpest and most flavorful I've had in a long long time. I had scallops and a potato croquette along with the salad for an entree. Once again I was super pleased with the presentation and the flavor. Go there. This is a fine restaurant!
