We were there on the second day after opening, so feels great to leave one of the first reviews. Stumbled across it by accident (its in the courtyard behind Snowy Owl), but next time will definitely go intentionally. Honestly it was a great experience all-around. Sitting outside in a beautiful setting, but there's a great covered bar for that inclement weather (which we got to experience too). The food was very creative and wonderful - we tried almost everything on the menu, and there were no misses (though shimp chips, mushroom empanadas, and the "burger in a bun" were consumed particularly fast). Drinks were the opposite of watered down, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. We will definitely be back again soon, and wish the Aplaya team lots of luck this season and beyond.
