The Chatham Cut

The Chatham Cut was a very nice diversion from eating the local seafood, which was very good. I had an excellent filet at the Cut which was cooked to perfection! The salad was also very good. It’s a new restaurant but one which fills a void in the area. Highly recommend!

Loved our table for two by window. Good service, excellent food. Lobster pasta dish was delicious. Pistachio cheese cake with espresso coffee for dessert was yummy. It’s a little loud but we like the vibe. We will sit at bar next time

Drinks were good, Caesar Salad was good , the Filet was nothing special. The best part of the meal was the French fries. The atmosphere is not at all appealing, it is so loud you can’t even have a conversation nor can you hear your server. The wait staff was wonderful but this restaurant is way overpriced for the food they serve and unfortunately the atmosphere is there to stay.

Everything was great, our server was knowledgeable and friendly and the food was fantastic. The tomahawk for two was cooked perfect with a char on the out side and medium on the inside

First opening week. Service of wait staff was excellent. Drinks very good. Wine list extensive. Steaks fabulous. No desserts.
