Summer Shanty

Found by chance & glad we did! Four men at bar doing mudslides so asked for same. Great batch of steamers too. Nice spot!????

Went on a suggestion. Cute little hideaway, nice staff, seated quickly. Porch and lawn seating with a beautiful view. Casual atmosphere and good drinks. Try it!

What a great place to hang with friends! The drinks were served quick and food was great. We really enjoyed the live music that they played outside if you didn't want to go in.

Sat out on the deck overlooking the marina and the river. The view and atmosphere were both great. Our server was excellent. There when you wanted her but not hovering. Very patient and friendly. Steamers were good but a little sandy. At our table we had a clam roll, tons of clams on a nicely toasted roll. Scallop roll with scallops that were perfectly prepared and tasted like candy. Skip the chicken wings. Generic frozen type. Out of character compared to all of the other fresh food that we had. The cheeseburger was overcooked but otherwise very good. We really enjoyed our lunch and will be back.
