This is a busy, popular place, especially on a Labor Day Weekend. My expectation was that there would be a wait. Factor that into your visit. That said, the bagels were delicious & fresh, the breakfast sandwiches perfect ! The staff friendly & hard working.
A quaint little place in town to get bagels. People are nice but the place looks a little falling apart. Summer teenagers are sweet. Unfortunately these are not great bagels, they’re decent bread in a circle shape but not bagels - but then again it’s hard to get good bagels outside of NYC.
Their website was not updated and I went looking for the great flavors I saw on it but was sad when they said they haven’t had those flavors in awhile. All they had was the typical, which was ok and tasty, just not the right bagel texture I look for.
No Apple Pay but credit card accepted. Big area inside to sit and lots of coffee flavors.
Simply Wooooow! The Best bagels we’ve ever had. This place is really busy but definitely worth the wait. Their hot pastrami sandwich is scrumptious! Staff are friendly and helpful.
I waited take an hour and 20 minutes for 6 UNTOASTED bagels and never got my order.
I placed an order through their online ordering platform, then headed over there for the correct pickup time. I waited in that place for over 40 minutes after 30 minutes of waiting to come over.
It was impossible to speak with anyone and I watched as they took random order numbers when people would elbow their way up and yell at the staff about their order. Not good behavior by the customers, but they also have a horrible order setup.
There were bags of orders along the wall with no one calling out any of the orders. I watched people order untoasted bagels at the register and get them right away so they could leave. I was order 46 and I heard them call out numbers ranging from 30-60. It made no sense. If you try to talk to the staff they are unable to help you because they’re so overcrowded with customers. It’s not the workers fault - it’s whoever set up the ordering process. I left with no refund, no order, and no way to call them because all you get is an automated response with no way to leave a message or talk to anyone. The food looks awesome, the hassle is not worth it.
A nice stop for breakfast with a variety of bagels/sandwiches and both hot and iced coffee. The log cabin breakfast sandwich was pretty good (although I’ll note that the “maple syrup” on the side was not real). There is a nice outdoor seating area available. If you don’t feel like waiting in line, make sure to order ahead
