The new owner (Chef Bardo!) is incredible - I've tried the pot pie and the parm and they were both out of this world delicious. Great vibe, better food. 110% recommend!
We are so happy we discovered this place! Lobster rolls are THE BEST hands down. Taste, texture, freshness, it has it all!
Absolute highest recommendation!! The food is absolutely AMAZING and Chef Matt really knows his stuff. This is not your average catering. This is food your guests will be talking about for months after. (Our wedding guests are still talking about it 5 months later! And we 100% agree.) We had so many questions during the planning process and Chef Matt was extremely patient and helpful in answering them, even taking a call when he was on vacation (sorry Matt!). He crafted an entirely gluten free menu for us which was incredible! The selection of appetizers was fabulous and we chose to do micro-desserts as well which were a huge hit. Also in terms of planning, Linda was super helpful both in asking us all the questions we needed to solve in advance, and making sure everything on the day went off without a hitch. If you don't hire Chef Roland's Catering, you are missing out!
We ordered dinner for 6 and it was DELICIOUS!!! Turkey was moist, gravy very tasty, side and pies were great. Cannot say enough about it AND their staff is helpful and easy to worker with!
I gave this review 5 stars but the truth is that 5 stars isn't enough. Matt was the chef for my daughter's wedding and the food was so incredible, the guests went out of their way to tell us - AND to find the truck/kitchen at the back of the venue to see who (and how) such delicious food could possibly be happening. No joke. I hope people remember the wedding. They are still talking about the food.
