I was prepared for a great meal. We were greeted with the usual friendliness and glass of rose while we waited-not more than a few minutes. Offered a choice of two tables. And then, quite a long pause before anyone came, and when he did-it was to take our drink order, our apps and our dinner-felt a little rushed, but ok.Still very nice. I ordered Veal Milanese-typically served as a cutlet. I was quite surprised when it arrived as a veal chop. Breaded, and looked like Milanese, but with a large bone. Simply not the same. When I politely inquired at the end of the meal, I was told that’s how it’s made and that’s what it said on the menu??? Unfortunate. My husband and 2 other friends had good meals, and we’ve always had good meals, so we’ll be back...
Literally the most amazing restaurant experience ever. Amazing food. Friendly staff. Every detail covered down to blankets and sweatshirts for chilly nights. So good.
No longer my beloved Sal's Place of old, but still serving good food from a more contemporary menu. Enter from the side door, not the street. Good waterfront views from the back room.
Ryan the waiter is the hottest thing in town! Then, there's the fab food! Then there's the hottest spicy margarita I've ever enjoyed! Wow... Just wow... Met Gr8 couple from Sandwich - Gr8 company! Can't wait to go back.... Here all summer... We'll Def b back!
Food was amazing. Love the atmosphere... Owner and service make this place even more remarkable. Highly recommend including this in your Ptown itinerary. Tonight will be our 3rd visit this week.
