    This place was delicious! The Man Candy was amazing, but the duck confit was hands down my favorite. The staff was super friendly, and I will be coming here again!

    More flavor than anywhere else in the Berkshires, and hands down the tastiest restaurant in Adams. Food is absolutely delicious with a mediterranean / southern spin, staff is friendly, prices are fair and a full bar keeps it fun!

    Absolutely delicious restaurant and welcome addition Adams! Accommodating to vegans and wonderfully imaginative food. Wait staff, chef, and owners were very kind as well. Can’t wait to return.

    I simply cannot wait for The Firehouse to open! It is long overdue that we have ourselves a restaurant to be proud of in Adams. They're website is awesome, and their menu looks even more awesome! My friends and I are so there on January 20th!
