Pleasant and Main Cafe General Store

Best breakfast I've had in Massachusetts (outside if my own kitchen that is). My French toast plate was amazing! Quite small town atmosphere.

Saw a wonderful write up in a local paper about this hidden gem. It did not disappoint! It's like eating in an antique shop, so there's a lot to feast your eyes on. The menu, surprisingly, had so much to choose from for being a smaller establishment. The real feast began when the food arrived. We will be back soon and are sure to recommend Pleasant and Main to all our friends.

The food (eggs Benedict) was great. But they were clearly overwhelmed, my coffee, even though I asked many times, and they said it would be right there, was never actually brought to my table. Water glass was brought with the check, go figure.

I recently attended the most unique celebration of life event here which was fabulously put together by the family and cafe. The food was absolutely delicious and although the space didn't seem very big at first glance, it accommodated a lot of people sitting and standing. The atmosphere provided by the collections and decorations was perfect for the night.

Came for dinner which was delicious. Cozy atmosphere, excellent hospitality from the owner/chef. It was a great place for the baby in our party who the server and owner were very sweet to and showed her different toys among the many antiques around the restaurant. My game stew, as well as the soup that came ahead and the extras that came with the meal were all superb and delicious! What a wonderful experience, can't wait to go back!
