Not an Indian food expert, but the food here's the best Indian I have ever had. The dinning area overlooks the lake and the staff are friendly and helpful.
They had a very good lunch buffet today.
This was a FANTASTIC meal. I enjoyed the coconut rice with chicken curry. The flavor was great and the chicken was sooo tender! Of course the Naan was just right. I was so pleased to enjoy a meal that was obviously carefully made by a talented person. Making plans for another meal soon!
Came for the Saturday buffet on our way through MA back to NY, and found it an amazing surprise. The food was delicious, several things I've never had before, and the view of the lake was charming. $12 a person for a great buffet? Yes please! They also treated my 4 year old daughter (who unexpectedly loved the food too) like royalty. It was adorable.
I miss Bombay. The food was always consistent. Their sauces for their dishes were always delicious. We went to the Sunday Buffet under the Mint management and were disappointed. Almost every dish had chick peas in it. The sauces in the dishes were bland and lacked the rich Ghee flavor the Bombay put out. I would not go back for the buffet unless they brought the quality up to equal that of Bombay. The service was poor. The server did not ask us if we would like a drink. The server never came to the table to ask if we needed anything. I had to take the check to the bar because the server never back to take the payment. I hope they are capable of taking this as constructive and improve. We need a good Indian Restaurant now that Bombay is gone.
