I feel like this restaurant was very over hyped. I went with a group of three and I was the only one who didn't have complaints about my dish. The steak was very tough even though it was ordered as medium. Also be aware there is no liquor here, it's beer and wine only and not a great location selection of either. Overall, it did not live up to expectations.

Excellent restaurant with a nice, modern atmosphere. The menu changes weekly, but featured below was a delicious grilled trout and a beet lettuce salad with pistachios. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will be back!

Small with an open kitchen and feels both modern and intimate, Nudel's got great diversity on their menu and is the kind of place where you can take a gluten-free vegetarian and a committed pasta enthusiast without either making a compromise. It's beer and wine only, but again a small but well-picked menu means you won't really mind that either. The best seats are at the bar, watching the kitchen.

Always a fantastic dining experience. Tried almost everything on the menu, and while not all of it was in my wheelhouse it was all expertly crafted and incredibly balanced. A true journey into the sandbox of flavors and seasons.

Always an incredible meal! Dinner here is about experiencing the food. Not just about filling your belly. It's all about how the flavors and textures interact with each other. Don't go here thinking you are going to substitute this or that...you'll just ruin a perfectly good meal. Pick what speaks to you and just let the chef take it from there. You won't be disappointed.
