“We love Fratelli's! The Italian food is very authentic, sauce, seafood, chicken, veal and pasta are outstanding! Our favorite meal is Cajun Jambalya with chicken, shrimp and sausage! I request it mild and my husband enjoys it spicy. All of the pizzas are fantastic! We have enjoyed every meal that we have had at Fratelli's and enjoy hearing Italian music in the background. “What a wonderful place! Very "small town feel" with lots of character--fun bumper stickers, posters, and (at the time we went) amazing Halloween decorations everywhere. Beyond that, though, the food was delicious and the owner was superb. I have a family member with a severe gluten allergy (the slightest hint of gluten, and she's in agony for days). Historically we have had a lot of trouble finding small diners that understand gluten allergies and take them seriously, so it was a wonderful surprise for the owner to come out, speak with us directly to assure us that the highest care would be taken with her food, and relate her own story of having food allergies. Fantastic place! We were only passing through the state, but if we ever visit again, we'll return for sure!”

“Wonderful! At first when you drive up its not the most eye-catching place. However, the restaurant exemplifies that there is elegance in simplicity. The ambiance was very soothing and inviting. The place was crowded yet not loud. The wait staff were very courteous and attentive without smothering. They gave us time to order and we never felt rushed. The food, amazing! We had the Brasied Oxtail to start. I can't explain how delicious it was. Small portion but packed a punch. Next we had Lamb and duck. Both plates were aesthetically pleasing and has to the taste to match. The dessert was ridiculous. The almond cake was to die for. Warm, sweet (but not too sweet), and packed full of taste. The prices were very reasonable as well. Overall the experience was amazing and I would highly recommend John Andrews if you're in town.”

We had an excellent meal, including cocktails and dessert right through to coffee. Why not five stars? I really would rate it 4.5 stars, with some reservations concerning the originally of the dishes. The trout could have benefited from some diversity of texture, like fried fish skin to add a bit of crunch. Again, everything was excellent, just a bit predictable. The waiting staff could be a bit more personable, although with a clientele over 60 they reflect the overall sober mood. Recommended for an upscale calm dinner with family or friends.”

I spent 16 dollars for 2 bowls of scrambled eggs (looked like one egg per bowl) (does not make fried eggs here) and a single cup of coffee!!! what should have been a 9 dollar at most charge but way marked up, prices are ugly expensive but hey if you have the money to blow on overpriced food go for it! I appreciate that they throw local events but please for god sakes tone down the price of your food!!! good way to loose business. I also feel that they need music or something. The atmosphere is a bit stale. But like I said before this is not a bad resturaunt, everything seems farm to table healthy. Only bad is the price and the fact that you need to clear your own table.”
