Went here for the first time, what an experience. Amazing work, so professional, clean, and super friendly! Made my artificial nails look natural!

I have been going to Optimal Serenity since they’ve opened. I used to go and see the owner and her daughter all the time before I moved to NYC. I recently just came back and impressed that the salon is still just as immaculate as when they had first opened.

I would recommend making an appointment because they are normally pretty booked. I was a walk in the other day and had to wait a little bit but they told me the time frame ahead of time, which I appreciate.

I went there last Saturday for the first time and have found the permanent place to have my nails done. Christina was my technician and she did a fantastic job. They were friendly and professional. The Salon was clean easy to find.

This nail salon is great! Everyone is so friendly and I’ve always had excellent service, no matter who it is. Just be aware, they are busy on Saturdays and typically only have three people working. Even with an appointment, you may need to wait, but it is well worth it. I’ve never been on a week day. Definitely recommend. Great service with reasonable prices.
