(May 9, 2019, 3:42 pm)Quality ingredients, immaculately kept kitchen, and fast preparation. One item in particular, crab rangoon, is by far the best I've eaten. The cream crab inside is bountiful, not too salty, and the outer layer is light and crisp. They take pride in the cooking, which is reflected in their expanding customer base. I would suggest more seating area, wider lobby to accommodate the waiting patrons. Regardless, the food is worth the wait; people tend to forget the trivial inconveniences once indulged by China Sails food.
