    Bagels are amazing, but don't understand the closing of the lobby. Do you not go anywhere else and get exposed to people? Luckily the drive up line moved rather swiftly and I only go once a month.

    Hands-down the best bagels in Massachusetts, possibly New England. I have tried to find bagels that compare everywhere I go and nothing is like New York Bagel. Their cream cheese is home-made as well.

    They changed their hours for Covid in March 2020 and now operate as a drive-thru only. Hopefully they open up their indoor seating soon.

    I love bagels, yet never had NY Bagels before until my bf insisted that I've never had a truly GOOD bagel until I tried theirs.... he was right. Their bagels are always fresh no matter what time I go there & they're generous with the cream cheese compared to the prepackaged stuff you get elsewhere

    Wont be going back here. Last 3 times bagels were NOT fresh...tasted like 3 day old stale bread...they were flat and hard....gross....I ended up throwing 8 bagels in the trash bcuz they were not edible...they dont have a rewards program like dartmouth....all set...Dartmouth location WAY better...

    03/03/2022 UPDATE!!! I lied...I went back lol. Not sure what happened but they fixed the bagel issue. Now they have the BEST bagels in the state. I go about every 2 weeks now and the bagels have been DELICIOUS. Fresh...soft...and thick....like 2" thick.(see pic) Crispy on the outside soft on the inside. Highly recommended now!!!!!
