It was nice to have some great Italian food. Atmosphere was a plus. We split a dish and we weren’t told there was a $6 split charge! That was the only thing we weren’t happy about.

Friendly service, excellent food and atmosphere. Exciting to hear all of the good things the owners will be bringing to customers in the next few months. Highly recommend this place. Not many options in the area for Italian food and this place has a great Italian dishes. Must try!!

We’ve worked with Primo on several occasions. They catered both small and large events for Argosy Collegiate Charter School with rave reviews from guests. We also held a private dinner party at Primo Restaurant and Shannon was excellent to work with. Customer service is great, with lots of happy and attentive service from all staff. Shannon and James are doing a phenomenal job building a multi-faceted culinary empire and I’m excited to watch it grow! Bartending school, catering, full restaurant with a deli/“ready to go” food service option in the works! Fall River has been in desperate need of a fabulous Italian restaurant and I couldn’t be happier for the Primos! Awesome couple and family business! Proud of you guys and thank you!!!

We placed a take out order cheese pizza, garlic bread and a side of meatballs.Total $38. Pizza was completely burnt I mean the bottom was black. (see pic) This is a thin crust pizza so because of that we had to basically dissect the pizza to try and eat what we could. The 3 very small meatballs were fair and the sauce they were served with was very tomato-ee with a kind of tomato soup flavor. Garlic bread was the only thing we liked it was good but $13 for garlic bread is a bit pricey. Staff had trouble running my debit card but were friendly and got it done with the help of a manager. They just opened 2 months ago so perhaps they just need to work the bugs out. BUT there's no excuse serving a pizza that was as burnt to a crisp as the one we got. Food 2 stars Service 4 stars

Update: Owner contacted me with voice mail and text message to address her concerns with our experience. She was willing to replace the pizza but we declined. We feel confident she has spoken to the kitchen staff to correct the problem we had. We felt the pride in her words that she and her husband have in their restaurant. My comments are just a true review of our experience. That's not to say someone else won't like the food served here except for a burnt pizza no one likes that.

What a pleasant surprise!!! Attended their 2nd night of soft opening......first off, GORGEOUS, it is absolutely beautiful inside. Next, the food....left my family and I wanting for more. Lastly, the staff was very attentive and the owners are very hands on and should be extremely proud of what they've turned this location into! This place is going to be very successful! BEST OF LUCK to the owners!
