I love the food here! However, the service is atrocious. Three times I’ve gone here the person taking my order did not speak English and I was ordering something right off the menu and they did not understand. I told them the chicken and rightrice bowl and I just got a blank stare. I tried pointing, showing the menu and still nothing. I had to point to each ingredient for them to put it in the bowl so I basically served myself. Another time I ordered ahead and the people coming in ordered and received their food faster than me while I waited an additional 30 minutes at cava in addition to ordering ahead. More than once I’ve gone in there and the staff were arguing, hanging around, giving an attitude, not understanding my order (I only order off their menu)etc. I’m not someone who writes bad reviews but I think my overall experience has lead me to write this. That being said, the food is very good and close to where I live so I continue to return.
Nice restaurant in a convenient location, in a shopping center with a large parking lot. Pleasant interiors and music, plenty of daylight, clean restrooms.
Fresh, tasty, and nutritious food, good service. The portions are not so generous, and the prices are a bit high, but still good value.
Compostable bowls, forks made with plant starch, that's better than regular disposable plastics.

Visited Cava at Mansfield Crossing during a family medical emergency in early February. Manager “Mike” and staff were welcoming and patient. Treated us like family and left the best impression possible. As a business owner I can say Manager Mike exemplifies what every business needs. And how a meal should shared.
