Cove Surf and Turf

We had lunch at the cove restaurant in new Bedford we had an excellent waiter his name was Gregory anyway he was very sociable and entertaining we really enjoyed our lunch I had a clam boil and my husband had baked Haddock both were excellent we there many times food is good we enjoyed our visit thank you Gregory being a great waiter ♥️♥️

I had the large fish and chips for lunch, which is two pieces of haddock, and I had to take almost half of it home. The batter was light and the fries were very good. Service was excellent. We had a table outside and my dog sat with us. The waitress brought him a bowl of water . I also had the clam chowder which was thick and creamy ( I prefer a thinner broth) but it was very good.

Got the full rack of ribs, it was DEFINITELY worth it. The meat was done very well and fell off the bone perfectly. Other recommendations include a good lobster role and some noteworthy fish and chips. The service was altogether friendly and efficient, we got our food in no time (from a very easy to navigate menu btw that even tells you how to eat lobster). Highly recommended for anyone nearby with a craving for seafood or meat.

Got a gift card from a fundraiser, finally made my way here and boy was it worth it! Everything is made fresh in house, they have amazing drinks and food with tons of real New England seafood options. WORTH YOUR WHILE.

Absolutely loved the food here. The strawberry lemonade was great. The clam chowder and fritters came out super fast and were absolutely delicious. The three of us split the titanic seafood platter and just barely managed to finish it. Everything was great! Would recommend to anyone in the area who wants to sit down for a great meal and excellent service.
