The Chateau Restaurant Norton

We did the call ahead reservation. We told the hostess that, she said she'd check to see if the table was ready. She never gave us a reply. We waited 15 minutes, several parties who came in after us were seated. Finally, I approached the hostess, told her that. No response, no apology. If I didn't speak to her, we'd still be waiting. Once we got seated, the meals were fine, waitress very pleasant. I think the hostess just forgot we were there originally and made no effort to advice us of that.

Food is great. Do not like they changed the antipasto made smaller and up the price. But the salad itself is what I didn't like. Older one was better. ...

I love the pick 2 at The Chateau Norton. It's always quick and the portions are plentiful. Today I chose the Chateau Chopped salad and sausage Abruzzi both were delicious. Greg was my server. He was cool, quick, friendly, and efficient. Never disappointed when I stop here.

I came here because AMEX had an offer for members. I called ahead and was seated right when we arrived. Our waitress was new, Annie, but she was excellent. Food, drinks, and dessert we're good. Service was fast. Water views. I recommend you give this spot a try! I did some once before on a holiday and had a rough experience. However, this visit was excellent.

I've been here a few times. The food is very good. The price is on the higher end, but worth every penny. If you can get a window sit, the lake view is very beautiful. The staff are extremely nice, quick and helpful.
